of the Monadnock Region, enjoys sunset views of Grand Monadnock. Greenfield State
Park on Otter Lake is popular with residents and visitors alike for swimming,
boating and camping. Crotched Mountain Rehabilitation
Center is located there,
where it has been serving physically, emotionally, and intellectually impaired
children and young adults since 1953. After a foliage hike in the ridgetop
National Wildlife Refuge, The Yankee Farmer is a popular site for pumpkin
purchases and viewing the "Yankee Siege" trebuchet in action.
