After graduating from Dartmouth, where she was a member of the ski team, she worked for international organizations in Geneva, Switzerland, in marketing in San Francisco, CA, and travel companies in Central America, Europe, and locally before joining the family real estate business founded by her grandfather in 1948. Managing broker of the Peterborough office of Four Seasons Sotheby’s International Realty, she was formerly the president and co-owner of The Petersons, Inc. Real Estate. She is also an emeritus member of the Realtor organization.

Recognizing the importance of public service, she has served on various Peterborough boards and committees including The Long Range Planning Commission, Affordable Housing Committee, and The Planning Board. Additionally, she has been a member of the boards of Andy’s Summer Playhouse, Monadnock Children’s Museum, Scott-Farrar Retirement Community, as well as participated on Monadnock Center for History & Culture advisors, N.H. Charitable Fund advisors, and Swift Water Girl Scouts, property committee.

As a local, Heather is very familiar with all of the amenities the Monadnock Region has to offer and loves to share her knowledge. Her 40+ years of real estate experience allow her to provide her sellers and buyers with a deep well of expertise.

Early every morning and any other available free time, Heather enjoys walking the numerous woodland trails on this region’s wealth of protected, conserved lands with her veterinarian husband and their two dogs.
